How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once the payment of the order has been credited to our account, you will receive a confirmation email and whatsapp confirmation. After order confirmation we will process the order in 7 to 14 business days and send you tracking details. Is customization allowed in any order?
Yes, we do take custom made orders. For placing an order you can directly message on our whatsapp number or via email.
Is the product colour same as the colours shown at your website?
Every screen is made differently, so the colours may be nearby but not like the same product.
How to check the status of the purchased goods?
Once the order and payment is received we will send you the confirmation for both via mail. Till the time your courier is being dispatched you can track it via whatsapp bot and once it is shipped we will share the tracking details with you for further updates.
Do you have a COD option available?
COD is available all over India.

Can I add more items in my placed order?
Once the order is placed and the payment is made you cannot add more items. You need to place a separate order for more items.
Do you provide pickup for return items?
We do not provide pickup for the returns. You need to inform the company and initiate the return within 72 hours after receiving your package. If delayed we won’t be able to process the return.
How long does it take to receive the order?
Every order is made differently, you will receive the product as per the Estimated arrival time on the product page.
What happens once the order is returned back to the company?
After the replaced item is received at our company, our team will inspect the product to see if it is fit for replacement. You will hear from us in two weeks whether your product is eligible for return. If not then the product is couriered back again to the customer bearing the courier charges.
Can I exchange the purchased product for a different size?
We do not provide any exchange of the products.
What to do if the product is in damaged condition?
If an order is received in a damaged condition, notify the company and dispatch the courier within 72 hours along with valid photos and videos. If delayed in doing so, it may lead to the rejection of the return.
