Return Policy

1. Cancellation: Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible.
2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Cancellation is not allowed once the order has been dispatched.
3. Discounted or Sale Items: Products purchased with a discount greater than 50% or during a sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. Store Exchange: Products purchased online cannot be exchanged at physical stores.
5. Wrong or Damaged Product: If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you may initiate the return process within 72 hours of receiving the package.
6. Late Notification: Failure to notify us about a wrong delivery or damaged product within the mentioned 72-hour time frame may result in the rejection of your return or refund request.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

1. Products damaged due to customer fault.
2. Altered products (e.g., resizing, modifications).
3. Used, worn, or washed products.
4. Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
5. Products from non-refundable categories.
6. Products missing original labels or tags. Returns or refunds are not applicable if tags have been removed.
7. Any return request not initiated within 72 hours after receiving the package.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. You may be required to upload photos or videos of the product.
2. After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it thoroughly and respond within 2 weeks regarding the eligibility for a return or refund as per our policy.
3. Products returned after one week from receipt will not be accepted for return or refund. Such products will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please Note:

1. We do not offer pick-up services for returns.
2. Returns are not eligible if the product is received beyond a week after delivery due to delays in initiating the return.

Refund Policy

1. After the return process is completed and the product is approved for return as per the policy, you may choose to reorder the same item or receive a refund.
2. No refund will be processed if the return is initiated after one week of receiving the product.
3. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 weeks to reflect in your bank account after approval.

Exchange Policy
