SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Duration:

1. Depending on the products in your cart, your order may be split into multiple packages, and shipping dates may vary.
2. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.
3. While we work with trusted logistics partners, please note that deliveries may be delayed during peak periods such as festivals or national holidays.
4. If your delivery address is located in an area not serviced by our logistics partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to ensure your package reaches you.
5. All products are shipped within 2 to 4 working weeks, depending on the items ordered.

Within India:

1. At Vanshika Gupta, we understand the importance of receiving your products in perfect condition and on time. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
2. You will receive your order within 7 to 14 working days after confirmation of payment.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India.
4. Orders are shipped through various third-party courier and logistics providers with whom we maintain a professional relationship.
5. Shipping costs are not charged to the client. Once payment for your order is received and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation.
6. Orders are packed and shipped on weekdays, excluding public holidays or notified holidays. Estimated delivery times are provided as best-effort estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages if the shipping/delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete. In such cases, the client will need to reorder. Tracking details will be shared before shipment, and our courier service provider will also update you with the status of your order during transit.
